Terms and Conditions
This booking is entered into on the understanding that the total number in the party shall not exceed the total available sleeping capacity of the barn (see individual entries for details) excess numbers will terminate the booking arrangement and no refund will be given.
For those barns without separated sleeping areas, if your party includes any children under five (5) the barn must be booked for sole use. Please see individual entries for details.
Sole bookings can only be made by groups that can be accommodated by the maximum sleeping capacity of the barn (see individual entries for details).

Arrival after 4pm on day of arrival and Departure before 10am on day of departure.
For those barns which accept dogs, in order to accommodate dogs, the barn must be booked for "sole use". As the "sole use" rule is a booking condition, visitors coming to stay in the barn with a dog, who have not reserved for sole use, will have rendered their booking invalid without refund. We regret that we do not allow dogs to stay in visitors cars overnight.
Booking Conditions are applied to the minimum number of nights booked and the occupancy levels required (see individual entries for details).
Refunds will only be made provided you notify the booking office at least six weeks prior to arrival date and the barn is relet. (This refund is subject to a 25% administration fee and is paid by the individual barn.)
Last Minute Bookings, i.e. all those made less than six weeks prior to the arrival date are not-eligible for a Refund.
Neither the Barn owners, the Booking Agent, 'The Booking Portal' (www.thebookingportal.co.uk) or Lakeland Camping Barns accept responsibility for damages or loss including accident or injury resulting from the use of barns.
The individual Barns' management have the right to ask anybody whose behaviour is unacceptable to leave.
Who can stay in a Camping Barn?
Anyone can stay in a barn, whether going away with friends, family or as part of a group (they are particularly popular with youth clubs, cycling and walking groups, as well as Duke of Edinburgh Award groups and cadets). All young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
